The Ranger Award Finals!, For the best moderator.

Welcome all. This is the finals for the farthingwood.net Ranger Award for best moderator. From the list of nominated mods you chose the following 3 finalists:

Fenrir
boldfox

Once again here are the rules for these award finals. They are pretty much the same as those seen in previous thread but make sure you are familiar with them none the less :). Instructions on how to vote in this final can be found below the rules.

1. If you are one of the three nominees or are not a member of the forum (guests) you are not allowed to vote.

2. You are only allowed to vote once, any duplicate votes or emails with votes for more than one person or persons not on the list will be discounted.

3. Please do not create additional member accounts in order to produce more votes. For one thing, where’s the need? The Award Hosts will be on the look out for any of this sort of thing, to be honest I don’t really expect anyone to do anything like that but I thought it worth mentioning.

4. Please do not try to campaign for peoples votes, this includes trying to get people to vote for you, trying to convince members to vote for certain people or trying to find out who others have voted for before deciding who you are going to vote for.

5. Please to not post who you are voting for in this thread or anywhere on the forum as it may influence the votes of others.

To vote in this catagory please send me an email - either through the link in my profile or to the address lutra921@gmail.com - clearly stating both your forum name and the one finalist you are voting for.

The deadline for this category will be Wednesday the 14th of February at 21:00 GMT. Please try to make sure you have your votes in by then.

I'm afraid I have to report I have been receiving a disappointingly low number of votes in the finals poll for the Ranger Award. This being the award for best moderator.

In the nominations thread the list of possibilities were narrowed down by you to 3 finalists:

Fenrir

Now in the nominations thread I recieved votes from over 15 members however in the actual final I have recieved votes from only a desperately small handful of individuals, 5 in all.

I can understand people being hesitant to vote as they believe that more than one or all of the finalists deserve the award, or they are just uncertain. But at the same time it is impossible to get an accurate representation of the oppinion of the forum as a whole if only a tiny portion of people cast their votes. So I encourage anyone who hasn't yet voted to do so.

To vote in this poll all you need to do is send an email to me at the address lutra921@gmail.com clearly stating both the one finalist you are voting for from the list above and your forum name. You could also email me through the link in my bio, which is just as quick and easy as sending a PM.
